How to Delete Your Data

We respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Method 1: Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Profile Settings
3. Click on "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Method 2: Contact Support

You can also request data deletion by contacting our support team:

• Email: privacy@neverforgetpe.com
• Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Provide your account email for verification

What Data Is Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we remove:

• Your profile information
• Email address and contact details
• Any content you've created
• Usage history and preferences
• Authentication tokens and sessions

Data Retention

After requesting deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for legal compliance or security purposes, but it will not be personally identifiable.
